Cheshire Sanctuary Reflexology’s aim, is to improve the health and wellbeing of our clients by providing bespoke treatment aligned to meet the specific needs of each individual

Cheshire Sanctuary Reflexology is a friendly, professional clinic based in Congleton and Warrington, run by Lorraine Townley CRM5 (Dip) . Lorraine trained at the Contemporary Reflexology College with Allison Walker, a Fellow member of the Association of Reflexologists and former director of the International Institute of Reflexology. As part of the level 5 reflexology qualification, Lorraine completed specialist training to use adapted reflexology techniques in:
  • Enhancing fertility and maternity care
  • Cancer and palliative care
  • Hand and Ear reflexology
  • Meridian reflexology
  • NEPIP (neuroendopsychoimmunopody)
Like a lot of people, I spent much of my working life in town, rushing around and trying to get that perfect work/life balance. It was only after the birth of my daughter that I had the ability to take some time off and figure out what I really wanted to do – quit the rat race and do something that I feel passionate about. I have always been interested in holistic health and since studying reflexology, I have really seen first hand how it can help to increase people`s wellbeing – sometimes instantly, sometimes more gradually. However it happens, knowing that I have helped in some way is a great feeling. I am a full member of the Association of Reflexologists, an independent Professional Reflexology Association in the UK, who work with other external bodies and advisory groups to promote the highest standards in the profession.
